Multiple Databases Visual Studio

I tried to use the Visual Studio Link but there was some sort of error - delete or recover??  So I'm going to post from here.  Let me know if this is a problem.

I am using VS2010 and CR2011.  I have created a report (with a subreport) using CR2011 that has data from two different databases - Main and Local.  The report works fine.

My problem is that the Local data can come from a test database or a released database and I need to be able to change the report accordingly.

In my VS application, I have a routine that easily changes between the two local databases but I haven't ever tried to do anything until now with the Main and Local.  Is there a way to set the database for Main and then for either Test or Released?

I have attached my routine that I use for Test or Release or Main.
