Crystal Reports : Update : version not updated in configuration panel

Hi,

I 've updated my 'Crystal Reports Designer' with SP5 and SP6 package on my Windows 8 64 bits computer. But we can still read in the program panel SP4...(see attachment)

I 've updated SAP Crystal Reports Runtime with Support Pack 14  (v13.0.14.1720) found on cn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7824 but in program panel but it seems that on 32 bit runtime nothing was done. Is it true?
