Print to continous form and barcode printer

hi all,

I'm using the crystal report 2008 sp4 with visual studio 2012.

I have a problem with print the result to continous form that the size is half of A4 paper. I've already setup paper on the report but it's always printing on landscape orientation, if i changed the orientation to potrait it's only half printed(cutting printing area).

And i'm using postek barcode pprinter print label that the size of label is 3.2 cm x 1.8 cm.. I've tried too setup the paper of label but it's print not on the label area and eject too much label out..
