One of our customer is experiencing an issue with the "Impact" font when printing to a HP Color Laserjet 5550 printer. The report is designed with Helvetica and Impact fonts. Helvetica text is printing fine, but all Impact text is missing.
The latest PCL driver (61.082.61.41) is installed, and the Impact font is installed on the printer and everywhere it is needed.
The Crystal Reports version is 2008 SP3.
We have a workaround but we would like a permanent solution. Any idea ?
