Is it OK to have CR Dev for VS and CR full product installed?

Hi

I am using CR Dev for VS and also have a licence for the full version of CR 2011.

Is it ok to have both installed? There are some features in the full version I would like to use.

And if both can live together in harmony, how does that affect deployment of ASP.NET web apps? Not got to the deployment stage yet, looking forward to that
