Crystal reports on windows core

We develop a site on VS 2012 and we have reports on CR 2008. When we upload the site to the server we can´t display the reports, the error is:

Se produjo una excepción en el inicializador de tipo de 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument'

I added the dlls of CR to the ASP project and I installed the CRRedist2008_x64 on the server and .NET framework 4.5.

I think the problem is with the server because we are using Windows Core, I tryed on Windows Server 2003 and works fine.
