Can you forward this or let me know how I would go about submitting a bug report ticket for the Cystal.net API?
I will submit a sample ( test ) RPT file and output from one of our Excel file extracts using our Find it EZ Code Search tool. We have discovered a bug in the Crystal .net API that is present even in the latest release ( 13.0.6 ). I was not sure how to log/report it to the SAP Crystal Reports API development team and was hoping you could pass it on or let me know how to submit it?
Basically the problem is that when a large number of sections are included in a report ( greater then about 100 ) ... the API repeats returning the same contents of the earlier section in error. The contents essentially repeat, but do not actually exist in the higher sections. For our extract/search tool, this generated phantom ( non-existent ) false positive matches.
