SAP Crystal Reports Licensing Cost for Microsoft Visual Studio - 2012

Hi,

I am using SAP Crystal Reports Version 13 (for Visual Studio 2012)

our organization is deploying this web application ( which uses crystal report Vs.13 ) to other server for commertial purpose

so my questions are

1) Do we need to buy Develoer License

2) Do we need a Server Edition

3) What are the License Costs(Indian Cost) of all these Versions
