We have several mature web applications that began experiencing printing issues after upgrading the runtime to 13.0.5.
Specifically, certain reports look fine in the CrystalViewer on client machines, but when they print, certain text objects are missing from the output. If the report is exported to PDF and printed, everything is fine. The "bad" reports are uniformy broken across all client machines. Not all reports are misbehaving -- only 3 out of 30 or so have been identified. I attached a files showing a report in Visual Studio, on a web page, and how it printed (via Crystal Print Control 13.0.05.851).
At this point it seems that server-side printing is fine (the "Bad" reports print when printed via the web server). The only problems we are having are with the ActiveX print control.
Any advise?
