Getting DataBase Connection Error in CR 2008 sp3

I am receiving the error "Unknown Database Connector Error" when trying to view print preview in crystal Reports 2008 sp3.

i have CR 2008 sp3 installed on windows server 2012 and xml and web services as my data connection.

Do any one knows the reason of this problem.

same template worked fine with CR 2008 and windows server 2012 and same data connection
