I developed a system with visual studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008, the invoices are printed with crystal report, I do that by code with the PrintToPrinter method of the crystal report class, the problem I have is that when the invoice is printed all the objects of the report get down in the invoice, the date is printed at the half of the details section, the detail at the bottom of the invoice and the subtotal it doesn't appear because the printer doesn't recognize the custom size I select for the invoice, the size that the printer takes is A4 and I need a size of 8.26771 inches of height and 6.69291 inches of width.
