CR2011 Runtime. Which version do we use

Dear SAP

You have two web sites for downloading CR2011 runtime

Which one do we use to distribute the latest version

http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7824 suggests sp5

where http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=56787567

suggests SP3 although the site was updated most recently

If we are using SP5 from http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7824http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=56787567

Can i please request the other is updated to reflect this.
