Crystal Reports - Alignment

After upgrading the server from Crystal Reports 13 SP5 to  Crystal Reports 13 SP 16 ( i.e.: installed: CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_16.msi), the existing reports look fine except for the header text ( or date in header).

When running reports in our web application, the header text box is now showing Left Aligned instead of Centered.

Is there a web.config setting or something simple to fix this alignment?
