Label report don't work correctlly

Hi all

I have a report file to print labels in two columns but it didn't do with label wizard of crystal report, it was made like a normal report simulating  two columns in details section how it show in image. The report is linked to a stored procedure.

When i send the report to printer  the report prints rows duplicated. I don't know what is happen, if i send to print  just one row the report prints twice ( two lines of labels

What is wrong?

i searched in internet without success to solve this problem. The report is created in visual studio 2010 with crystal report for VS 2010 and sp 8
