Managing the Parameter List / Parameter Order in Visual Studio

Hi,

I can not find the Dialog box  "Parameters Order" in Visual Studio 2015.

In right-click menu for a Parameter, it is not.

Found I can not find it.

Is there this window in Visual Studio?

If so, where?
