Migrating CR to New Server

I am trying to move our Crystal Reports 11 reports to a new Windows 2012 server. I installed:

But when I run my application that uses CR 11 it works until I try to open a report. When I try to view a report, I get a blank page.

I upgraded the application from Visual Studio 2008 to Visual Studio 2012. Swap out CR 10.5 with CR 11 and it worked fine on my local machine. It is just when I deployed it to my web server is when it stopped working and the report page showed up blank.

Any ideas?
