Installation of CR for VS2013

Hi,

I installed the CRforVS_13_0_16.exe on my pc but got an error failed to register. Below are the dll's that got an error installing. I also attached the print screen of the error. Is there a prerequisite applicatiob besides Visual Studio 2013.
