Crystal Reports going into Eternal Loop on Server Side

First a little background.

(1) I was developing small internal web applications on Visual Studio 2008 on a windows Vista computer.

(2) My Vista machine started having issues so I upgraded to a Windows 7 32 Bit computer.

(3) As luck would have it, Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2008 crashes if I try to open the *.rpt for editing.

(4) I installed Visual Studio 2012 on my Windows 7 machine and am in the process of migrating all VS 2008 applications.

(5) The target machine is a Windows 2008 64 bit machine.  This server must host my existing Visual Studio 2008 apps as well as my new Visual Studio 2012 apps.

Everything was running just fine last week.  The VS 2012 apps generated Crystal Reports right along side the VS 2008.  Now, without any rhyme or reason, I have 2 VS 2008 applications that will not generate a Crystal Report.  And I have 1 VS 2012 application that will not generate a Crystal Report.

The program runs fine.  All applications work perfectly on my Windows 7 machine.  But once they are published, a user can select a report and the donut just spins and spins like Crystal Reports has gone into an eternal loop.

I do not do anything fancy with Crystal Reports.  All of my applications work the same way.  I create a work table in a Dataset and populate the work table in that data set.  The work table is then pushed to my Crystal Report.

I am using ApplicationPools in my IIS 7 program on the Windows 2008 Server.  These pools run Classic in Pipeline Mode.  If I use Intetraged Pipeline Mode, Crystal Reports will error out.

Bottom line:

I am using the latest Runtimes found on this site.  What could possibly cause these reports to just hang on the server?

It is too weird for these programs to work just fine one day then go into an eternal loop the next.

Could the problem be conflicts between my VS2008 applications and my VS2012 Applications?  Would this same conflict occur in VS2010?

I am in urgent need of some direction with this.  What I have installed on the target server is shown in the attached images.
