I've install Crystal Reports Viewer 2008 on our Windows 7 Enterprise systems that we use to gather reports and print reports from our internal Intranet sites. The problem is when we try to print reports we receive an error that says 'Crystal Reports: Print Engine Error". Our standard browser is Internet Explorer 11 and I have also tried pulling and printing the reports using Firefox and I receive the same error. I have also tried manually installing the viewer and creating the registry keys plus registering the DLLs and it does not fix the issue. I suspect that our Internet Zone or other Internet security zone ActiveX settings may be what is causing the issue. Can someone provide me with any guidance or instruction on how to get the Crystal Reports viewer to work?
