we have changed our web server från windows server 2003 to windows server 2008 r2 and naturally we need to get all web sites from the old server to working in the new server, the issue is that when we run the CR reports the error below appears:
Logon failed. Details: IM002:[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name
not found and no default driver specified Error in File
C:\Windows\TEMP\CrystalReport2 {555845D7-8322-41F5-92C8-FCA3E2CA037B}.rpt:
Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.
the odbc driver is installed and configured in the new server like the old server. and I installed the crystal report runtime in the new server but the error still appears.
have anyone some idea??
