Exporting a PDF Error

All,

Encountering a strange error on a client's machine(we've never had this error with other clients) and have had no luck finding a resolution.

We are using Windows Server 2008 R2, IIS 8, .NET v4.5, and Crystal Reports v13.0.14.1720

Here's the error that I've found in the Crystal Reports log:

Failed to retrieve data from the database.

Failed to export the report.

Error in File crInvoice 2952_4992_{5AA6F721-F64C-4727-AE9B-E066767B5BE3}.rpt:

Operation not yet implemented. IN 29 <==

I've looked around the discussions here and saw some people encountered similar things and I tried a number of fixes like the temp folder permissions, font permissions, rolling back some windows updates that had changed the font permissions, but nothing works.
