Hi
I am using crystal report viewer version 13.0 for reports in a asp.net web application.
When I deployed this application some of the users are facing the problem with crystal
report viewer while trying to export.
It happens to be that when a user clicks on export button the export dialog window opens up and freezes the browser,like it goes into 'Not responding' state.
Also I checked on the other threads which provided solutions like
>has access to temp folder.
>Do not save encrypted pages to disk->unchecked.
But nothing could solve this issue.
What could be the reason for this kind of problem?
Need help.
