The company I work for is currently evaluating SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio. We have a few questions about support.
- If we have a production site down, what is the procedure for obtaining support from SAP?
- What time frames are we guaranteed a response in?
- Is support free, or do we pay per incident?
- What happens after end of mainstream maintenance (currently Dec 2018)? Can we still get support for our sites?
