Can we access section paging conditional expression properties via RAS?

Can we access section paging conditional expression properties such as New Page Before through the RAS API?

I can access other section condition expression properties such as EnableSuppress, but the Paging properties don't seem to be accessible via CrSectionAreaFormatConditionFormulaTypeEnum .
