Change report layout at runtime manually by the user?

Is there a feature in CRP 2011 or another SAP product that gives me the possibility to include reports in my VS.Net windows application, where the users of the application can change the reports layout (Position and formatting of the given datafields, adding new constant text fields) ? Something llike the reportViewer, but with some design/layout capabilities; a "ReportDesignerViewer" (I know that some things can be done using parameters, but I mean manual changes) Thanks, Wilfried
