My web application is built in VS2013 and .NET 4.5.1 (it has been upgraded from .net 2.0 and VS2005) Using SQL SERVER 2012. On my development machine (64 bit) I have installed the Crystal Reports for VS2013 and it works. On the Target server (64 bit) I have installed the CrystalReports 64 bit msi runtime as indicated. However when I run the web application on the target server, the site errors when reading the web.config and trying to load CRVsPackageLib Error is Cannot load file or assembly. If I take that line out then it errors when trying to the CrystalReport engine. The web application is precompiled. I have spent hours an hours looking for a solution to this issue but no luck so far. I have even tried installed the 32 bit runtime but the same issue. Please can you help.
