I am trying to deploy a test application that just consists of a form that has a CR report that has one text field that says "Hello World". I am using the CR for VS that I downloaded from http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-35074 (CRforVS_13_0_5.exe) and VS 2012. The program works perfectly in the IDE, the problem comes when I try to publish it for Click Once deployment. In the Prerequisites, I select .NET Framework 4.5 and the prerequisite that I made using CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_5.msi. When I run Setup in the test environment, when it tries to install CR, I get a message, "Unable to install or run the application. The application requires that assembly log4net Version 1.2.10.0 be installed in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) first" I never got this with VS 2010 and CR for VS 2010.
What do I need to do to get CR to install? What I learn here will be applied to the application I am writing to sell.
